At Life Unbxd, each piece is thoughtfully made to order and finished by hand. Because of this, shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on the product and level of customization. We appreciate your patience and care in supporting handcrafted work.

Order Processing & Build Times

All Life Unbxd products are made to order unless otherwise noted.

Estimated build times

  • Cutting Boards (Everyday, Signature, Personalized):

    5–10 business days

  • Serving Boards & Seasonal Pieces:

    5–7 business days

  • Personalized & Custom Engraved Items:

    7–14 business days, depending on complexity

  • Games & Small Goods (Balance Blocks, Gift Card Holders):

    3–5 business days

Build times begin once your order is placed and artwork (if applicable) is approved.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Orders ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $250 (as advertised).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated transit times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after shipment

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during holidays or peak seasons.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may be limited. If available at checkout:

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Made-to-Order & Natural Variation Disclaimer

Each Life Unbxd piece is handcrafted using natural materials.

  • Grain patterns, color, and tonal variation are unique to each item.

  • Slight differences in dimensions and thickness may occur.

  • These variations are a natural and celebrated part of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are made to order and/or personalized, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Eligible Returns

  • Non-personalized, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale

  • Personalized or custom engraved items

  • Custom size or custom design orders

  • Gift cards

Return Process

To request a return

  1. Contact us at lifeunbxd@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once an item enters production, cancellations are no longer available.
