Products & Craftsmanship

Are your products handmade?

Yes. All Life Unbxd products are crafted from premium hardwood. Due to the natural nature of wood, each piece features unique grain patterns, tonal variations, knots, and markings that make it truly one of a kind.

Will my product look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is made from natural wood, so variations in grain, color, and texture are expected and celebrated. While the design and quality remain consistent, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Are wood variations considered defects?

No. Natural variations in grain, tone, knots, markings, and subtle differences in finish or engraving are inherent to hardwood and are not considered defects.

How do I care for my wooden products?

We recommend hand washing with warm water and mild soap, drying immediately, and conditioning regularly with food-safe mineral oil. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, and prolonged exposure to heat or moisture.


Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Do you offer custom or personalized items?

At this time, select products may be offered in limited or seasonal designs. Any custom or personalized items will be clearly noted on the product page and may be final sale.


Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location and seasonality.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability may vary by location. Please refer to checkout for current shipping options.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items returned in their original condition and packaging. Natural wood variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return.

Are seasonal products returnable?

Seasonal and limited-edition items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Are your products suitable for gifting?

Yes. Life Unbxd products are thoughtfully crafted to make meaningful, lasting gifts for a variety of occasions throughout the year.

Are seasonal collections limited?

Yes. Seasonal collections are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

Can seasonal products be returned or exchanged?

Seasonal and limited-edition products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Can I ship an order directly as a gift?

Yes. Orders can be shipped directly to the recipient. Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
